You must have witnessed “Greens” in your smoothie, or might not be a fan of eating your greens but may be intrigued on trying to drink them. You're in the right place because we have a full guide on the best green smoothie recipes  that contain vitamins and minerals your body needs.

It also helps you get fiber as well in order to feed the microbiome in your guts (It is the super boost immunity that your body has absorbed depending on the best ingredients of green juices or smoothies and these vitamins and minerals can tremendously reduce inflammation, the real reason disease is created in the body.

Finally, the entry of protein in the smoothie helps you to calm your “Hunger Hormones.” Addition of protein in the “Smoothie” ensures that you don’t have to go for the food for the next “4-6” Hours. This is largely due to the high amounts of fiber, protein along with fruits and vegetables.

In this article, we have decided to list down some of the best Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipes to help you out in starting your day.

Note*These are low sugar recipes and those who are facing “Sugar Problems” can give these recipes a try as well, due to the fact that the sugar from fruit is processed by the body differently than traditional refined white sugar.

Spa Smoothie

We always love to boost our immune system because in theory it helps us to fight against diseases, and we really need to have a great “Immune System” to fight against the “Corona Virus” as well.

Incorporating “antioxidants” along with superfood smoothies are a great way to fight viruses and illness from a natural perspective. Not medical advice, just personal opinion based on research that our team conducts.

Our favorite go-to Spa Smoothie includes; mint leaves, spinach, avocado, and a glance of lemon. You can uplift your immune system more by adding a glass of “Lemon Water” in the morning. This is great because as soon as you wake up, 1. you are dehydrated and 2. this will be detoxifying.

Let’s now talk about the recipe of the “Spa Smoothie” that we love and remember, organic frozen fruits are just as healthy as fresh fruits, multiple studies have proved this, just a nugget next time you are shopping and are in the frozen food section of the supermarket.

  • Ingredients:
One scoop vanilla protein powder - look for one lower in cholesterol if possible
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • A handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • One small Persian cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk

Now, once you’ve put all the ingredients in the “High-Speed Blender,” then turn it on and wait for everything to “Mix Greatly Together.” You can add a few cubes of “Ice,” but if you’re using “Frozen Spinach,” along with frozen fruits then you don’t have to add ice in the blender. Totally up to you.

Pro Tip:Add some nut milk as the base of your “Spa Smoothie '' and get the topping done with the help of a few almonds which is a great superfood, source of vitamin e that protects the heart. You’re going to love it.

Let’s move to the next recipe.

Kale me crazy is one of our favorite places

kale smoothie recipes

Ever heard of “Kale Me Crazy” smoothie before? If not then it’s going to surprise you with a number of “Health Benefits” that it’s providing.

It’s the simplest but yet delicious smoothie that you ever come across. The combination of “Leafy Greens and Beta Carotene” in the Kale smoothie is what a lot of people love and all because of good reasons.

Leafy greens contain vitamins, fiber and calcium, while Beta Carotene can increase the “youthful glow and controlling free radicals.” Additionally, almonds in the smoothie make it a great source of “Antioxidants and Nutrients.” Kale also has a tremendous amount of vitamin K which increases gut microbiome and we all know a healthy gut can lead to a healthy immune system.

Let’s now talk about the superfood recipe ingredients:

  • Add one serving of Vanilla Coconut Collagen Protein
  • One tablespoon almond butter
  • Two tablespoon flax meal
  • Handful of kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Few pieces of frozen pineapple which contains “bromelain benefits” loaded with antioxidants

Now, you’ve to place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it until everything gets to mix. If you’re going through a “Summer Season”, then you can add “Ice Cubes” in the smoothie before you blend it.

Let’s move to another immune boost smoothie recipe.

Acai Green Smoothie

acai green smoothie benefits of acai

Combination of blueberries and Acai is nothing short of “Perfect” because this smoothie is loaded with Vitamin C, D, E, and so much more. Also, this smoothie is known for balancing cholesterol levels, preventing aging and acts as an adaptogen supplement to help your body  fight against different stresses.

Additionally, Acai Green is fully packed with Vitamin A as well, and it’s a “SuperHero” for those who have “Aging Issues.” The Spinach in the Smoothie helps you get Omega-3, Potassium, Iron, Vitamin and Magnesium.

I love the addition of the magnesium benefits because so many people fall short of their daily intake of magnesium levels. How do you know if you're low in magnesium? Ask your doctor to perform a magnesium serum blood test. This can determine the levels of magnesium in your body which helps with sleep, anxiety, digestion and so many other essential bodily processes.

Let’s now break down the recipe of “Acai Green.”

  • 1 Serving of Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 1/4 – 1/2 avocado
  • One tablespoon chia seeds
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Table Spoon Acai Powder
  • ¼ cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2 Cups of Unsweetened milk

Now, put all the ingredients in the high-speed blender and blend it until everything mixes together perfectly. If you’re not using “Frozen Berries or Spinach,” then you can add ice cubes. Also, try to keep traditional milk out of the equation, you don't need the necessary cholesterol and sugar that regular milk has. If you are a milk lover - than opt for skim milk or low fat at the very least.

It’s time to head towards the last superfood smoothie that even celebrities use.

Coconut Turmeric Benefits & Smoothie

Benefits of Turmeric Smoothie contains a lot of “Medicinal Properties” that can potentially help you fight against Inflammation, Bacteria, Cancer Cells, Depression and Other Diseases.

Let’s talk about the recipe of the “Coconut Turmeric Cream” down below.

  • 1 Serving of Vanilla Coconut Collagen Protein
  • 1 Tablespoon of MCT Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon of Acacia Fiber
  • 1 Cup of Low Fat Lactaid Free Milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric Maca Powder
  • ½ Cup of Raspberries

Now, all you have to do is to put the ingredients in the blender, one of my favorite practically priced blenders is the “Ninja Blender with Auto IQ technology” and blend it until everything mixes up. If you’re not using any frozen ingredients, then you can add “Ice Cubes” to the best superfood smoothie recipes.

One of the most common things we have read about celebrities is that they tend to add intermittent fasting to their daily life as well as the best superfood juices and superfood smoothie recipes into their daily routine. What makes you any different? Nothing, take action and get on your way to better Vitality.
