In this article, we will review foods that can cause you food allergies, their symptoms and other risks involved.

So, without wasting any time further, let’s rock and roll!

What is a Food Allergy?

Food allergy can be referred to abnormal behaviour of the digestive system when you eat specific foods.

It’s caused when your digestive system recognizes the proteins in the body as harmful.

Your body then goes for avoiding those proteins by launching protective measures such as; releasing histamine (chemical) and you end up getting yourself involved in “Inflammation.”

For those who are facing “Food Allergy” are very choosy when it comes to eating. It is because even small food can cause allergic reactions.

Symptoms can occur right after you eat a specific food or after a few hours. Some of the most common symptoms are:

  • Swelling of the tongue, mouth or face
  • Difficulty breathing

Eggs

Eggs allergy is the second most common cause of food allergy because it’s rich in many things. But, the allergy seems to fade away by a time when they are 16 or older. They have vital nutrients in them but if you are allergic to dairy or want to know how to reduce lactose intolerance issues keep reading.

Some of the symptoms include:

Interestingly, you can be allergic only to the white part of the egg, not the “Yolk” and vice versa. This is because you get proteins from the white and fats from the “Yolk.”

This is why we witness “Most of the people allergic to only white of the egg.” So, an egg white allergy is more common than the whole egg allergy.

Like most of the other allergies, you can get rid of it only by avoiding eggs.

However, you may not have to leave the eggs for life-long. You can try boiled egg, heated eggs and other products that have eggs in it.

If all the things that have egg in it are causing you a problem, then you should consult a doctor straight away.
